Grand Vision Foundation (GVF) is a dynamic nonprofit arts organization dedicated to enriching San Pedro, the Los Angeles Harbor Area, and surrounding communities through live music, music education, and historic preservation. GVF drives community connections through two signature programs:

Palos Verdes Art Center / Beverly G. Alpay Center for Arts Education is dedicated to educating, enriching and building community through equal and inclusive access to the visual arts. Located at the southernmost tip of Los Angeles County, we strive to be a catalyst for the advancement of LA art, culture and its global impact.

Originally established in 2006, ETM-LA reaches approximately 18,000 students across 41 schools and five school districts annually. To date, we’ve impacted over 150,000 children with music education. Our work is built on four key pillars:
Lineage Performing Arts Center
Lineage creates a home for connecting through the arts for the greater Pasadena area by producing public works of dance, theater, and music; providing arts education in schools and for amateurs and professionals; and supporting other artists and nonprofits with production and infrastructure.
