Youth Advisory Council - Eligibility

Residents of Los Angeles County who are 18-24 years old at the time of application are eligible to participate.

Youth Advisory Council members will enter into a contract with the Los Angeles County Arts Commission to receive their stipend.

Prior to contracting, participants will need to obtain a Los Angeles County Vendor Number by providing a Social Security Number "SSN", Employer Identification Number "EIN", Individual Taxpayer Identification Number "ITIN” or a Taxpayer Identification Number for Pending U.S. Adoptions "ATIN". Participants will also be required to complete a W-9 tax form.

Individuals who are not residents of Los Angeles County.
